The free consultation lasts between 30 - 45 minutes and is used to establish your goals and direction regarding your training. Included in the consultation is a pre-activity readiness questionnaire, lifestyle questionnaire and a 10 point health check which will also be included in your training sessions.
Sessions last for 1 hour, with a whole range of different packages available. 30 minute sessions are also available if you are short on time. Pay for a block of sessions and receive various discounts depending on the amount of sessions booked.
If you prefer to workout with a friend or family member then you can, and recieve a discount on the session price. This is a great way of motivating each other in achieving your own goals, whilst providing fun and effective training sessions.
If you are a company and would like to increase the productivity and motivation of your workforce, then corporate personal training may be the answer. I can provide circuit training classes that can be conducted before or after working hours, or in a lunch break time. This will allow members of your staff to increase their fitness levels and improve their overall health. Group or individual personal training is also available. If you are are planning on getting married in the near future and want to look your absolute best on your big day, then the wedding package is for you. The package includes 3 x 1 hour training sessions for 10 weeks for both the bride and groom. This gives you a total of 30 1 hour sessions to get you into the best shape of your life. The amount of sessions per week can be altered to suit your schedule, so if 3 per week is too much, spread them out as you wish.

This is a great new service from Total Body Personal Training ideally suited to people who are regular gym users and feel they need that little extra push to get the results they are after or feel you would struggle to fit in regular one to one sessions.

We also offer sports massage along side personal training to help improve clients overall health and well-being. Many people suffer from aches and pains that they put up with for a long time and try to ignore, but a sports massage can help reduce and eliminate the pain you suffer and improve your day to day life. Depending on the effected areas, a range of techniques will be implemented to create a massage that leaves you feeling revitalised and refreshed.
