Initial consultation lasts 30 - 40 minutes and includes a pre-activity readiness questionnaire, lifestyle questionnaire, fitness assessments and the goals of your training. This gives you a chance to ask any questions you may have and how we can help you achieve your goals.
This plan includes 2 X personal training sessions each week with tailored exercise plans, fully customised nutrition plans, weekly food diary analysis, before and after photos and unlimited email and phone support.
This online plan includes tailored exercise plans emailed every 2 weeks, fully customised nutrition plans, weekly food diary and analysis feedback, weekly check ins and unlimited email support. Perfect if you already do some form of exercise or would struggle to fit a session in each week but would still like help and guidence to achieve your goals or take your training to the next level.
If you are already a member of a gym or carry out your own training but need a helping hand with a new exercise program every month, this is perfect for you. Once your goals are established, a tailored program will be developed and emailed to you every month to help you keep on track.
If you are stuck for gift ideas, why not treat someone special to the gift of fitness. This package includes 3 x 1 hour personal training sessions and is a great way to be introduced into personal training.
We now run a 6 week weight loss boot camp for small groups. This includes 2 personal training sessions a week, dietary guidance and analysis and continuous email/phone support from start to finish. Minimum group size of 3 up to a maximum of 6 people all for only £150 per person.
This package is great if you need to achieve your goals in record time. This includes 12 full hour sessions in 4 weeks as well as nutritional guidance and complete support throughout.
(12 sessions must be completed 1 month from date of first session)
This package includes 3 x 1 hour personal training sessions each week for 10 weeks for both the bride and groom to be. By training together you will be able to motivate each other and get into the best shape of your life for your big day. This package gives you a total of 30 x 1 hour personal training sessions, so if 3 a week is too much or too little, spread them out as you wish. Each session will be tailored to your individual goals and will encompass a range of techniques to achieve your goals in the most effective manner.
Using our GoCardless system, you can stay in complete control each month whilst also saving money on pay as you go sessions. These payment plans can be altered or cancelled at any time.
Please contact me if you are interested in corporate training events. This can include group circuit training sessions or personal training sessions to increase the productivity of your workforce. Ideally suited before or after working hours or during lunch breaks. Sessions can vary in length depending on the time available.
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel an appointment.
If less than 24 hours notice is given, a cancellation charge of 50% of the session fee will be applicable.
All prices apply to customers wishing to carry out the sessions at our gym or at home / outdoor space living within a 10 mile radius of Fareham.
