Paul Tully BA (Hons)

I have recently graduated after the completion of a BA (Hons) Fitness and Personal Training degree at Southampton Solent University. This degree covered a wide range of areas providing in depth knowledge which will enable you to get the most out of your training sessions.
This degree has enabled me to specialise in a range of areas which can be incorporated into your training to create sessions that enable you to achieve your goals.
My specialities include:
- Sports conditioning
- Nutrition / weight management
- Special conditions training including older populations and disabilities
- Sports massage
- Behaviour change
- Exercise referral
- Health promotion
- Dynamic dumbbell training
I have been involved in sport most of my life, in particular hockey and cycling. I was part of a hockey academy whilst at college playing among some of the top level players in the county and competed in a number of competitions across Hampshire. From this sporting background, i understand the importance of trying to continuously improve performance whether competitively or recreationally.
I have a real passion for all aspects of health and fitness and am driven by helping people to achieve their goals and reach their true potential.
