What happens

 

The first session consists of a FREE initial consultation whereby we establish your goals, both short and long term. In the consultation, we also complete a number of pre-training assessments to help go along side your goals to give you an individual programme which will cater for all your needs. 

The aim of the pre-training assessments is to help provide you with additional information about yourself which you may not have been aware of. The assessments carried out include:

  • Height                                                                       
  • Weight
  • BMI (Body mass index)
  • Waist to hip ratio
  • Blood pressure                                                           
  • Resting heart rate
  • Body fat percentage
  • Basic movement assessment (Establish any muscular imbalances)
  • Nutritional habits
  • Postural assessment   

                                                      

Once the consultation has been completed, we can then start training. Every session will be specific to your goals, needs and results of the pre-training assessment to make sure you get the most from your time.

I will bring a range of equipment to your home, office, work place or any other convenient location to conduct each session. Nothing will be required from you other than a willingness to exert effort and achieve your desired goals.
